The UAE government seeks to reduce the gap between the number of job seekers and the number of vacancies in the private sector, as there is a decrease in efficiency due to the rapid change of employment. As a result, the new employment needs more time to get used and adapt to work circumstances in order to obtain experience. Also, the low rate of production due to the presence of vacancies for many days, which leads to slow down the work system as a result of poor integration between old and new employment.

The Human Resources Department is considered a central authority for developing talents and skills sustainability of the human resources in Ras Al Khaimah government.
