Public service procedures face many complications due to the absence of a digital link between the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology. The factory registration application is submitted to the Ministry of Economy to obtain a certificate of origin. Then, the Department of Commercial Licensing and Certificate of Origin studies the application, which is processed after the ministry’s approval, which takes a lot of time. We are looking to find a fast digital mechanism to facilitate these procedures in line with digital transformation.

Helping people of determination get all digital services in an easy and simple way

There’s no national policy that obligates the entities and service providers to facilitate the access of people of determination to the Internet. Although some entities adopted the digital services for some categories of people of determination, there are still difficulties to reach the other categories. According to the UN approach based on equality and leaving no one outside this scope, it's necessary to search for the best solutions and applications towards the easy access of people of determination to the Internet and its different services.
