The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) will officially launch the 9th edition of the UAE Hackathon during a national press conference that will introduce the vision, themes, and strategic direction of UAE Hackathon 2026.

Held under the theme “Beyond Ideas … Into Impact,” this year’s edition reflects the UAE’s commitment to strengthening digital transformation, advancing responsible artificial intelligence, and empowering communities through innovation.

During the press conference, TDRA will unveil:

• The official hackathon themes for 2026
• Participation tracks
• AI-enabled innovation features
• Government challenge collaboration model
• Post-hackathon implementation pathways

The event will bring together representatives from government entities, academia, technology partners, media, and innovation leaders to highlight the role of collaborative innovation in addressing national priorities.
